This policy is a draft for the private build preview. The operating legal entity, privacy contact, approved retention period and live service providers must be confirmed before publication. The preview does not accept enquiries and does not load analytics or advertising scripts.
What we collect
When the production enquiry service is enabled, it is designed to collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected service and message. Do not include identity documents, financial records or sensitive personal information. We use enquiry information to respond and discuss the service you requested.
Storage and service providers
The site stores enquiries privately in WordPress and uses the approved email provider to deliver them. Only staff with enquiry access should read them. The business must confirm its hosting, mail provider, access controls, overseas processing and retention arrangements before launch.
Cookies and measurement
The preview uses necessary WordPress functionality only. Analytics, advertising, Microsoft Clarity and third-party embeds are not loaded. If Site Kit, Google Analytics or another tool is enabled for launch, this policy and the consent controls must be updated to name the actual tools, purposes and retention settings.
Your requests and complaints
The production policy must provide the confirmed privacy contact for access, correction, deletion requests and complaints, as well as relevant Australian Privacy Principles and OAIC complaint information. These details are awaiting the operating entity’s approval.
Direct marketing
An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Any future mailing list requires a clear choice, an unsubscribe path and separate approval of the data flow.
